In 2023 we conducted research into 140 organisations across 10 industry sectors, in 2024 we researched 248 organisations across 13 market sectors, and in 2025 we researched 266 organisations across 14 sectors.
We continue to test our theory that although organisations believe they are promoting employee value propositions which are unique and differentiated, they are not. Instead, most organisations across most sectors are promoting the same themes making it more challenging for candidates and employees to differentiate.
