As the founding director of Peak Corporate Solutions, Malcolm brings over 20 years’ expertise in connecting the experiences of people in organisations to commercial outcomes.
As a widely-recognised specialist in Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition development and implementation, he has worked with some of Australia’s most recognised companies in FMCG, consumer goods and manufacturing, and with some of the country’s most high profile government organisations at State and Federal levels. This includes development of specialist EVP for target diversity cohorts.
His skills also span HR Advisory where he has assisted companies redefine the focus of their leadership teams with better role clarity, re-designed talent acquisition functions to support more successful recruitment and retention, created succession plans, and designed career development frameworks.
Malcolm also provides coaching and career advice to a wide range of people from CEOs to employees in their first job.
Prior to founding Peak Corporate Solutions, Malcolm held senior consulting and line management roles with Willis Towers Watson, SHL, and ManpowerGroup. He was most recently the National Director of the HR Consulting Practice at Randstad across Australia and New Zealand and was one of the company's global experts on employer branding.

Amar Basra is an experienced employer brand researcher. She brings almost 20 years of experience as a market researcher and significant global EB experience working across a range of clients for award-winning agencies in the U.K and Australia.
She has worked with global organisations, and more recently with some of Australia’s most recognised companies, supporting creative and strategy teams with uncovering the insights and emotional connection to attract candidates and bring the employee experience to life.
Amar uses a variety of research methods to support teams with employee value proposition development and talent proposition messaging, such as discovery research, competitor analysis, depth interviewing, online and face-to-face focus groups.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons) Law) from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, and a Master of Laws, Public Law (LL.M Public Law) from University College, London.

He has built employer brand campaigns, creative processes, and teams of talent for a number of creative consultancies.
Charlie led the lauded initiative to launch the first-ever B2B app in the App Store, collaborating with Adobe and iTunes enabling ExxonMobil to migrate its sales tools into the digital space.
