For the past 6 years Peak Corporate Solutions has been working with some of the largest corporate names, high-profile government departments, prominent local councils, and a number of successful small and medium businesses across a range of industries.
Simply put, we help these organisations develop Employee Value Propositions that help them become first choice employers and deliver people solutions for business growth.
In our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) work we build first choice employers through ensuring the market perception of an organisation’s employment offering meets the aspirations of its leaders and the experience of its employees.
Across our HR Advisory practice, we support a range of small to medium enterprises as they grow and transition from often small family operations to commercially minded and successful larger entities by delivering good structure, accountability and capability to leadership teams.
