Organisations should always be looking to engage their employees with strong career development programs hat support informed career planning.
On the other side, individuals should also have a career direction to give them context when they need to make career decisions
We've developed a toolset (we terms it a career reflection template) designed to help you reflect upon your career journey to date (what roles you liked and what roles you didn't like), your strengths and interests (highlighting where you are likely to perform, where you are likely to burnout, and where your development focus should be), and finally your career roadmap which looks to combine the other two aspects into a way forward.
The goal is not to answer all the questions, but to pose a few and ensure you can critically assess where you are in their career.
The toolset can be used on its own, or paired with a service offering which includes sessions with one of our career guidance specialists.
