As the founding director of Peak Corporate Solutions, Malcolm brings over 20 years’ expertise in connecting the experiences of people in organisations to commercial outcomes.
His background allows Malcolm to take a very pragmatic advisory approach to his engagements, while also being able to dig-in and partner with organisations to deliver solutions that work at the grassroots level.
As a widely-recognised specialist in Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition development and implementation, he has worked with some of Australia’s most recognised companies and government organisations.
His skills also span HR Advisory where he has assisted companies redefine the focus of their leadership teams with better role clarity, re-designed talent acquisition functions to support more successful recruitment and retention, developed succession plans, and designed and implemented career development frameworks.
Malcolm also provides coaching and career advice to a wide range of people from CEOs to employees in their first job.
Prior to founding Peak Corporate Solutions, Malcolm held senior consulting and line management roles with Willis Towers Watson, SHL, and ManpowerGroup. He was most recently the National Director of the HR Consulting Practice at Randstad and was one of the company's global experts on employer branding.
